Revised Spicy Thai Noodles

Introduction

I took a recipe on the internet and changed it to fit within my eating plan - less oil, and added protein. I took a recipe on the internet and changed it to fit within my eating plan - less oil, and added protein.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 box pasta noodles, cooked and drained. (I use whole grain barilla)
    1/4 c. sesame oil
    red pepper flakes (about 1/2 T.)
    3 T. honey
    3 T. lite soy sauce
    Peanuts
    green onions
    carrots, shredded
    cilantro, chopped
    Cooked and cubed chicken breast

Directions

Cook red pepper in sesame oil. Filter out pepper flakes, reserving oil. Whisk oil, honey and soy sauce together. Mix with noodles. When serving, add peanuts, green onions, carrots, cilantro and chicken breast.
