Ingredients

    2 tbsp coconut flour
    2 tbsp milk
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    3 egg whites


Directions

Whip egg whites and milk together, then mix in the dry ingredients and stir into a batter.

Spoon out two pancakes into a skillet with butter or whatever you prefer to use to fry. Cook one side, then flip and cook the other.

Serving Size: Makes two pancakes
