Poor Man's Oriental Steak

Introduction

This was a favorite growing up! It's easy and delicious! This was a favorite growing up! It's easy and delicious!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1 Clove Garlic
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    1/2 Tsp Pepper
    1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
    1 Can Bean Sprouts
    1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 Tsp Sugar
    1 Can Condensed Tomato Soup

Directions

Brown ground beef, garlic and bell pepper, season with salt & pepper. Drain liquid from bean sprouts into measuring cup, add enough water to make 1 3/4 C liquid. Add to meat and green pepper. Simmer 20 minutes, add bean sprouts, soy sauce and sugar. Simmer 15 minutes, add undiluted tomato soup. Let heat, serve over rice.
