Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    16 oz pork tenderloin cut into bite size pieces
    4 Med potaoes cubed small
    100z frozen bag of green beans
    0.5 cup barbaque sauce
    1 16 oz jar tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup cut to halves babay carrots

Tips

I serve with a tossed salad and corn bread.


Directions

large skillet spray pan and cook pork, onions . when pork still little pink add BBQ sauce and tomato sauce. Stir well. Add carrots and green beans. Turn heat to low cover and simmer til carrots are cooked
