Blackberry Banana Smoothie

Introduction

Easy Non Fat Smoothie. Any berry will be fine. Any yogurt would work as well Easy Non Fat Smoothie. Any berry will be fine. Any yogurt would work as well
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 Cup Kale
    1 Cup Fresh Blackberries (or any in-season berry)
    2 Jr Bananas
    2 6 oz containers Chobani Non Fat Honey Yogurt
    2 cups skim milk (I used a fiber added skim milk)

Directions

Put kale in blender (I use my Ninja). Chop until very small. Add all other ingredients and pulse until smooth. You could add ice if you like. It's a bit tart from the yogurt but I like tart.

Serving Size: Makes (5) 8 oz servings
