Teriaki Salmon

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    5 salmon filets
    6 tsp grated ginger
    6 tsp grated or minced garlic
    1/4 cup vinegar (rice wine or apple cider)
    1/4 cup white wine (optional)
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 tblsp honey
    rice noodles
    3 tblsp oil

Directions

Soak noodles in large bowl with water.
Heat oil in large pan on medium heat. Add fish and season with ginger and garlic. Cook covered for about 3 minutes or longer depending on thickness of filet. Turn fish and add vinegar, wine, soy sauce and honey. Cover and cook another 5 or so minutes. Remove filets to plate and place drained noodles in sauce. Toss noodles until completely coated with sauce. Add fish back to pan turn off heat and cover until ready to eat

Serving Size: makes about 10 or 15 servings
