Broccoli, 2 cups, cut in bite size pieces
Cauliflower, 2 cups, cut in bite size pieces
Red onion, 1/4, chopped,
Sharp Cheddar cheese, 1 cup, grated
Dried cranberries, 1/4 cup
Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing, 1 cup
Can add or subtract ingredients to your tastes. I used Hidden Valley Buttermilk dressing from the packet with light mayo and reduced fat buttermilk. Some ingredient options could be sunflower seeds, cherry tomatoes, green peas, radishes, etc. Increase the ingredients to make for a potluck.
Serving Size: makes 4 - 5 cups of salad
