Introduction

Soft Moist Rye tasting bread. Excellent tasting bread...consistency is like pound cake. It doesn´t toast well however. ···Maybe use eggwhites instead of full eggs to cut calories and water instead of yogurt. Also, used yeast, and baking powder, and flaxseed....what could it go without???? In the future, will sub. flaxseed with chia seeds since they are more thyroid friendly.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375ºF or 170-180ºC.
Used 15 grams or 1 Tbsp. of Oatmeal and 1 tsp. Poppy Seed to top/decorate bread.

Serving Size: Ingredients are doubled to make 2 medium sized loaves
