Introduction

Ingredients


    Egg, beaten, 1 large
    Campbells no salt added chicken broth 2/3 cup, 0.7 cup
    *Mirin, Kikkoman 0.17 tbsp
    Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 0.17 tbsp (remove)
    Canadian Bacon, 50 grams (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
    *Fish Cake - Kamaboko, 2 Slices
    Crab-flovoured pollock, 10 g

Tips

You can use anything you like for the fillings.


Directions

Beat the egg. mix mirin, soy and stock together, then add the egg. Strain. Place fillings into cup, pour in egg mixture. Steam 10-15 min.
