Simple Lemon Pepper Chicken

Introduction

A simple recipe that I came up with for lunch. I served it with steamed broccoli. A simple recipe that I came up with for lunch. I served it with steamed broccoli.

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, 3.5 oz
    Lemon Juice, 1/2 cup
    Black Pepper, 2 tbsp

Directions

Put 1 cup of water in a frying pan. Place the chicken in and whiten both sides. put half of the lemon juice and 1 tbsp of black pepper on top of the chicken, let cook for about a minute. Flip the chicken over, pour the remaining lemon juice and the second tbsp of pepper. Flip the chicken every two minutes until the water is gone. Add 1/2 cup of water to glaze as the bottom of the pan becomes brown.
