Chocolate Coconut Chia Pudding (vegan, no cook)

Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup Trader Joe's Coconut Milk Beverage (vanilla)
    1 tsp cocoa powder
    1/2 tbl. agave (or honey or other sweetener you like)
    1/4 tsp cinnamon (opt.)
    2 tbl. chia seeds (black or white)

Directions

Place all ingredients in either a jar or a lidded plastic dish.
Stir (or cover and shake)
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably over night)
Eat!

(You may want to check the pudding an hour or so in and re-shake or re-stir to make sure everything is combined.)
