Ingredients

    2 apples, peeled and cored (approx. 136g)
    1/2 small banana (approx. 46g)
    Vitamix or other powerful blender

Tips

Use mellow flavored apples, nothing too sweet or sour (granny smith would be tasty normally, but an upset tummy won't thank you for using them!)


Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until fully pureed and warm.
