Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    *Steelhead Fish Fillet, 17 oz (remove)
    Olive Oil, .16 cup (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, .3 lemon yields (remove)
    Salt, 2 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)

Directions

Heat broiler. Apply non-stick spray to a pan. Put fish in the pan and brush marinade over the fish. Broil for 6-8 minutes.
