PB&J Overnight Oatmeal

1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup nonfat greek vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup skim/nonfat milk
2 Tbsp PB2 peanut butter
2 Tbsp reduced sugar preserves (I prefer strawberry)
PB2 is a powdered peanut butter that has most of the fat removed. Two tablespoons have only 45 calories and 1.5 grams fat. If you can't find PB2, just use reduced fat peanut butter, but your fat and calories will be higher.
This recipe is also delicious with about 1/2 banana diced into it, or any other fruit you like. I also sometimes add one tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, but my favorite way to make it is the way the recipe is written.
