Ingredients

    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz(remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper(remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)(remove)
    *McCormick Coarse Grind Galic Salt with Parsley (1 Serving / .25 tsp / 0.8 grams), 0.25 tsp(remove)
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving(remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 0.5 cup(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large(remove)
    cooking spray

Tips

you can add a little water to the pan to keep moisture.


Directions

Mix all ingredients to form loaf place in 9x11 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 30 mins. Increase heat to 425 & cook aditional 20-30 min. until no pink inside & browned on the outside.
