"Carrotcake" Oatmeal

Ingredients



    Oatmeal (plain), 1/3 cup dry
    Carrots, raw,1/4 cup, grated
    Raisins, .1 Tbsp (not packed)
    Walnuts, 1 Tbsp, chopped
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/4 tsp
    *Butter - Ghee, 1 tsp
    *Splenda, to taste

Directions

Put dry oatmeal, carrots and raisins in a bowl with 1/2 cup water. Microwave for 2 min. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well and enjoy!
