Salad of Eternal Yumminess

Introduction

I don't like salad dressing, and can't eat much vinegar anyway, so I made a salad tasty enough to be eaten on it's own! I don't like salad dressing, and can't eat much vinegar anyway, so I made a salad tasty enough to be eaten on it's own!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup Romaine Lettuce
    3 large Black Olives sliced
    1/2 cup Red Onion, chopped
    2 tbsp Salsa
    1/3 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh
    1/2 cup Red and Yellow Bell Peppers, diced
    1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions

Cook your frozen or fresh corn. (Avoid canned! It has more sodium and non-foods in it!) I recommend cooking it in a pan, with just enough water to cover the bottom, on medium for about 10 minutes while stirring constantly.

Layer all of your veggies in a large soup bowl. Top with cheese and salsa. Enjoy.
