Italian Feta Chicken

Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breast Halves
    2 oz. Light Feta Cheese
    2 tbsp. Italian Shake-N-Bake
    2 garlic cloves
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash sweet basil


Directions

In a bowl, combine parmesan cheese and 1 tbsp. Shake-N-Bake. Coat each chicken piece with mixture. In a small bowl, combine feta cheese, 1 tbsp. Shake-N-Bake, oregano, and basil. Make a slit in each chicken piece and divide feta mix evenly between the two. Place one garlic clove in each slit. Bake for 35 minutes at 400. Makes 2 servings.
