Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 package oven ready lasagna
    1 package Morningstar Farms sausage links
    1 26 oz. jar pasta sauce
    1 carton 2% cottage cheese
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 cups finely shredded Mexican blend cheese
    1/2 cup water
    1 tbsp. dried parsley
    1 tbsp. dried oregano
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. black pepper

Directions

Preheat your oven 450F. Mix tomato sauce with defrosted links, water, and black pepper. Set aside. Beat eggs and stir into cottage cheese. Add shredded cheese, parsley, oregano, and garlic powder. Layer lasagna in a 9 x 13 glass casserole sprayed with olive oil. First a layer of tomato sauce, a layer of noodles, and a layer of cheese mixture. Make 3 layers. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 60 minutes, then let stand for 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 3 by 3 inch servings.
