You Can't Hide This Valley Yogurt Dressing

Introduction

This great as a dip or a salad dressing. I like mine thick but you could thin yours with a touch of milk. I use mine to bind a cold quinoa salad for a tangy taste. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup Greek plain non fat yogurt
    1 Tbs olive oil
    2 Tbs Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
    Stir together completely. I use 1/4 cup as a dressing for salad or to bind cold quinoa with other salad ingredients.

Tips

Thin with milk for a milder taste.


Directions

This is a cold dressing which must be refrigerated and used within a week of preparation. I don't think it will still be IN your ice box that long, as the fresh taste wakens your taste buds and says, "Eat me!"

Serving Size: Makes 4 1/4 cup servings or 8 2 Tbs servings
