Introduction

Fast easy 1 skillet vegetable dish. Fast easy 1 skillet vegetable dish.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 large poly bag or 10 cups of chopped frozen collard greens thawed and strained.
    3 cloves of garlic chopped
    1 small onion chopped
    1/2 roll of Bob Evans Sausage. (3 servings)
    Add dried red pepper, black pepper.
    Salt & pepper to taste.
    Serve with rice or 1/2 potato, tomato slices and 1 slice of whole grain bread, 1 apple and 1 glass of milk. Voila! a complete meal.

Directions

cook sausage until crumbled discard fat and rinse the skillet.. Strain frozen collards if thawed or run cold water over them to thaw out. Combine sausage and collards in a bowl. While setting, Use vegetable spray in a skillet cook garlic until almost brown on the edges add onion and collard green mixture. Cook covered until tender 20-30 minutes
