Lydia's Tzatziki Dill Dip

Introduction

This creamy garlic and dill dip is great for pairing with pita, falafels, chips, and veggies. It is easy to make, great tasting, and very healthy! It is high in calcium, protein, vitamin C, and Vitamin K! This creamy garlic and dill dip is great for pairing with pita, falafels, chips, and veggies. Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    32 oz. of Greek nonfat yogurt (Chobani)
    1 package of Hidden Valley Harvest Dill Dip
    10 cloves of garlic (finely minced)
    1 cup of chopped green onions
    0.25 Cups of lemon juice
    2 Tablespoons of dried dill
    1 Tablespoon of black pepper
    1 Teaspoon of Morton Salt substitute

Directions

1. Mince garlic and green onions
2. In a mixing bowl add yogurt, harvest dill mix, dried dill, lemon juice, salt substitute, pepper, green onions, and garlic. Mix until all the ingredients are blended evenly. Do not use a blender unless you want green goo!
3. Transfer the dip in the mixing bowl into an air tight container. Serve immediately if your in a time crunch. Otherwise, refrigerate for at least one to four hours.
* The longer the dip is refrigerated, the more the ingredients blend making it more flavorful! Keep the dip cool in the refrigerator up to five days.
