Strawberry Rhubarb cobbler

Introduction

Remake of a "batter pie" one of my favorite desserts! Remake of a "batter pie" one of my favorite desserts!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1c Heartsmart Bisquick
    4 tbsp Truvia Baking Blend
    1c Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
    8 tbsp 65-70% vegetable spread
    2c strawberries chopped
    1.5c rhubarb chopped

Directions

Preheat oven 350. Melt butter in 9x13 glass pan (can do while oven preheats) Mix Bisquick ,2tbsp truvia & soy milk , pour on top of melted butter. Mix strawberries & rhubarb with 2 tbsp truvia, spread on top of batter. Bake 30 min @350

Serving Size: Makes 9x13 glass pan approx 8 1 cup servings
