Ingredients

    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 16 oz
    Aloe Vera, 1 oz
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .25 cup, unthawed
    Avocado. 5 on small fruit, frozen or not
    doTerra Trim Shake Vanilla Mix, 1 serving
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
    Pumpkin Seeds, .5 oz (85 seeds)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix into blender. I like to freeze the fruit and make ice cubes of almond milk.
