My macaroni salad

Introduction

Low carb macaroni and low fat mayo help keep it healthier. Low carb macaroni and low fat mayo help keep it healthier.
Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    3 cups Dreamfields cooked macaroni
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1/2cup chopped carrots
    2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
    1 tsp 1% milk
    1 tsp yellow mustard
    3/4 cup Kraft reduced fat mayo w/olive oil

Directions

Cook macaroni as directed on box. Drain and rinse when cooked. Place in container and add the rest of the ingredients. If it seems dry, you can moisten it and make it creamier with a little more milk.

Serving Size: Makes about 11 half-cup servings
