Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Red Cabbage, approx. 1/3 to 1/2 small to medium head sliced.

    Savoy Cabbage, approx 1/3 to 1/2 medium head sliced.

    Carrots,2 or 3 large schredded or 1 cup mini shredded.

    1/4 to 1/3 cup craisins.

    Cole Slaw dresing, Maries or Marzettis.


Tips

Maries Cole Slaw dressing is availabe in the produce section. Marzettis is also good, but with a slightly tangier, more sour taste. Recipe can be doubled and add both dressings for a perfect slaw.


Directions

Using a Cuisinart or mandoline slicer, slice cabbage and shred carrots. Add prepared cole slaw dressing to taste. Approx 1 cup.
In a bowl with a tight fitting lid, SHAKE until coated.
Add craisins on top and enjoy.


Serving Size: Makes 6-8 1/2 cup servings.
