    Romaine Lettuce,fresh 2 leaves or 50 Grams
    Kiwi,fresh 2 or 161 Grams
    Green Apple ,fresh 2 or 284 Grams
    Cilantro,fresh 306 Grams
    Parsley,fresh 30 Grams
    Kale,fresh 30 grams
    Celery,fresh 2 stalks or 136 Grams
    Carrot,fresh 2 or 100 Grams
    Orange,fresh 1 or 120 Grams
    Blackberries,fresh 100 Grams
    Ginger Root-1 small piece,about tip of thumb or 20 Grams
    Chia Seeds-2 Tablespoons.

Tips

Directions
