Pineapple Cake

Introduction

My mom used to make this for us when we were on the Weight Watchers Exchange plan in the early 90's My mom used to make this for us when we were on the Weight Watchers Exchange plan in the early 90's
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 slices broken bread (light)
    4 egg beaters
    1 can crushed pineapple in juice- drained
    4 pks splenda
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    vanilla to taste( 2 teaspoons is what I use)
    cinnamon to sprinkle on top

Directions

mix together and bake 350 for 40 minutes
I use a glass loaf pan .
Cool and refrigerate
