Meatloaf

Ingredients



    Ground beef, extra lean, 1500 grams
    Bread, white, 1 cup, crumbs
    Onions, raw, 2 medium, chopped
    Almond oil, 3 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    PC Blue menu Ketchup 1/2 cup
    Herbs (thyme, sage etc.)
    Pepper

Tips

You can glaze this with more ketchup and sweetener.


Directions

Saute the onions in the oil. Put everything in a food processor and mix to a paste. Put into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, or until the interior temperature is 160. Pour off the liquid (mostly fat). Allow to cool and refrigerate. Serve thinly-sliced in sandwiches.

Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves, 8 servings each
