Introduction

This is my go to Pasta salad you can really trim fat by using low calorie mayonaisse in this recipe too. The balsamic vinegar gives it a great flavor! Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2/3 Cup Mayonaisse
    1 Tbps Balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp salt & pepper
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 cup celery, sliced thin
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    8 oz or 1/2 box small shell pasta

Tips

This is the easiest pasta recipe and it's always a favorite


Directions

Cook pasta according to pkg. At last 2-3 minutes put frozen peas into pasta water to cook
Mix all other ingredients into a large bowl
Drain pasta and peas and rinse in cold water til cool
Mix pasta and other ingredients.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1/2 cup servings
