Ingredients

    420 grams brown rice flour
    420 grams white rice flour
    210 grams tapioca starch
    210 grams potato starch
    70 grams potato flour
    40 grams xanthan gum
    30 grams powdered pectin

Directions

Mix all ingredients well with whisk. Use as needed in recpies.

Serving Size: Makes 10 cups (140g each) of flour
