Yogurt Smoothie

Introduction

I got a Ninja Blender for Christmas, and I have been using it to make smoothies ever since. You can use any flavor of yogurt, and any flavor of frozen fruit. Ingredients

    Any flavor light yogurt, any kind of frozen fruit.

    Cherry is my favorite so far, but I also like using a strawberry bananna yogurt with frozen strawberries. Blueberry is amazing too. Banannas can be peeled, sliced, frozen and added in as well.

Tips

I usually make this two servings at a time.. that way I only have to do it every other day..


Directions

place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth.
