Introduction

This is one of my favorite salads to eat lately; I love adding the strawberries for a hint of sweetness and if you let it all marinate in the dressing for a bit, it's even better. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6c Half and Half Spring Mix Salad mix
    1c Carrots, chopped
    2c Cucumbers, sliced
    2c Strawberries, quartered
    2c Roasted Turkey Breast, shredded into pieces
    4tbsp Olive Garden salad dressing
    2tbsp Lite Ranch salad dressing

Directions

In a large bowl, put 3c salad mix, 1/2c carrots, 1c cucumbers, 1c strawberries, and 1c turkey. Add 2tbsp Olive Garden dressing, repeat with the rest of the ingredients adding the rest of the salad dressing and enjoy.

Serving Size: makes 4 - 2c servings
