Carrot-Apple Salad

Ingredients

    Finely chop apples and carrots.
    In a medium mixing bowl, add orange juice, lemon juice, and raisins. Mix well and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    This makes a great salad for a summer picnic as a side for ribs or chicken.
