Ingredients

    Arrowhead Mills Organic Quick Yellow Corn Grits
    LightLife chorizo-style soy "smart sausage"
    Butter, unsalted
    Water to cook grits
    Frank's Hot Sauce
    Cheddar cheese, grated, preferably sharp white
    Navitas or similar, ground Chia seeds



Directions

Thaw the chorizo sausage then cut up into small bite-size pieces. Cook the grits according to package directions, but add chia seeds to the water. Add butter, cheese and hot sauce as grits start to thicken.
