    Sauce:
    2 T soy sauce
    1 T honey/syrup
    1 t toasted sesame seeds
    2 t mirin
    1 t sesame oil

    for added sweetness
    1 t brown sugar

Directions

Saute the fish in the oil for a bit.

mix the sauce ingredients together, pour over fish, saute until sauce is fully distributed.
