Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped(remove)
    *Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 7 oz(remove)
    Carrots, raw, 4 cup, chopped(remove)
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp(remove)
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp(remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 2 cup(remove)
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp(remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp(remove)
    Garlic powder, .5 tbsp(remove)

Directions

Place chopped carrots and diced onion in bottom
Add one cup water
Place roast in pot
Mix all other ingredients and rub over roast
Cover and cook for 8 hours low or 6 hours high
