Introduction

This is my family's recipe for many generations, I just love it! This is my family's recipe for many generations, I just love it!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups of Macaroni
    2 tablespoons of butter
    1/4 teaspoon of salt
    1 cup of skim milk
    1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

While noodles are cooking-
Put small sauce pan on medium heat. But in butter, and salt and stir. Pour in milk and continue to stir until it is thick sauce. Turn off heat and stir in cheese until smooth.
Drain noodles and mix cheese into it.

If you desire- Put in a baking pan, cover in crushed saltine crackers and bake on 250 degrees for about 15 minutes.
(Makes it extra good)
