Introduction

WLC Approved Egg Scramble with Veggies WLC Approved Egg Scramble with Veggies
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Large Egg
    1 Large Egg White
    .125 cup chopped white onion
    .125 cup chopped green peppers (bell or cubanelle)
    .125 cup diced grape tomatos (approx 6)
    .5 Tbsp Kerri gold grass fed Irish butter

Directions

Heat skillet with butter and add Veggies
Sautee chopped veggies till they look lightly toasted
Add whole egg and egg white to veggies and with a spatula scramble it
once eggs loose it's runny consistency it's ready
enjoy!
