1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons margarine or Smart Balance Spread, melted
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts,cut into 1/2 inch thick strips
2. Mix bread crumbs,garlic powder, and melted margarine in a shallow bowl.
3. Place chicken in the crumb mixture one piece at a time so each piece is coated evenly.
4. Shake off excess crumbs and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until chicken breaks apart easily and juices run clear.
