Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients

    4 cups Butternut Squash, cubed
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Paprika
    Black Pepper for taste
    1 tsp Tabasco Sauce

Tips

* Go Easy on the Tabasco Sauce if you are watching your sodium intake! Or leave it out all together.


Directions

Cut up the Butternut Squash.
Combine the cubes with the olive oil, salt, paprika and pepper in a bowl and mix until the cubes are coated well.
Bake at 430 degrees on a baking sheet for 15 minutes. Turn the cubs over and bake for another 15 minutes until crispy.
Serve with Tabasco Sauce
