Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Introduction

Delicious and easy! You can substitute Malt vinegar for cider if you like! Extra sauce great on rice! Delicious and easy! You can substitute Malt vinegar for cider if you like! Extra sauce great on rice!

Ingredients

    1 Whole Pork Tenderloin (1 lb)
    2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1 tbsp Dijon-style Mustard
    4 tbsp Honey
    2 tbsp Spenda Blend for Baking (brown sugar)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients except tenderloin; coat tenderloin well with sauce. Roast for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155; basting occaissionally. Slice thinly to serve; spoon sauce over tenderloin.
