Quick Chicken Chil with Beans

Ingredients

    Bush's Chili Beans, 16 oz
    Great value chunck white chicken, 10 oz
    *Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (canned) Rotel,
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    *Cumin (ground), 1 tsp
    Chili powder, .5 tsp

Directions

Combine ingredients in a covered cold saucepan.
Bring to low heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes.
Add jalapenos, or other seasonings to suit your taste. Not meant to be flashy, just hearty and comfortable with lots of protein
