    8 Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)
    2 Box Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice
    1 can Mandrain Oranges (11 ounces)
    1 can Mushroom (4 ounces)

    Salt & pepper to taste


Pre-heat oven to 350.

Pour boxes of rice (and seasoning) on bottom of casserole dish. Place chicken over rice. Pour canned oranges and mushrooms over chicken.

Bake for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Cover with foil and bake another 40 minutes at 350 until chicken is done.

Makes 4 servings.
