Broccoli & Cheddar Quiche Cupcake

Broccoli & Cheddar Quiche Cupcake

Ingredients

    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped
    Egg, fresh, 7 medium
    Cheddar Cheese, 0.3 cup, shredded
    Crescent Rolls, 8 serving
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Tips

I ate mine with a little mustard. AMAZING ;)


Directions

Mix eggs, pour in cheese, broccoli, salt, and pepper. Stir.
Line cupcake papers with crescent rolls.
Fill crescent lined papers with egg mixture.

Bake 15-20 mins. Check frequently to make sure they don't spill over.

Serving Size: 1 quiche cupcake
