Asparagus scrambled eggs

Introduction

I was wanting something filling and low carbs. This was better than I thought it would be. Repeat for me. I was wanting something filling and low carbs. This was better than I thought it would be. Repeat for me.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 whole egg
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup chopped asparagus
    2 T of chopped onion
    1 slice of low fat cheese
    2 slices of deli chopped ham
    pinch of curry powder
    salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Stir fry asparagus, onion, and green pepper until done to your taste. Add ham when almost done. Season while cooking. Put this mixture to the side, and scramble your eggs until done. Mix veggies back in to reheat. Break up cheese on top and let melt slightly, or mix in.

Serving Size: 1 large serving
