Introduction

Venison, bean and veggie chili Venison, bean and veggie chili
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    8 tomatoes
    2 cups water
    3 cloves garlic
    green pepper
    onion
    spinach
    cup of brown sugar
    chili powder
    salt/pepper
    lb. of ground venison
    3/4 lb. red kidney beans
    cup of chick peas

Tips

I add haberno powder to the chili as its dished. Makes for a nice semi-sweet and spicy chili :) This can also be served vegetarian and is still very good without the ground meat.


Directions

Simmer tomatoes and garlic in water first 20 minutes.
Add everything into slow cooker together besides venison and spinach. Let simmer on high for about 2 hours.
Cook up venison on stove.
Ass venison and spinach and cook on low for an additional hour.
