Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    4 Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, cut into bite size pieces
    12 cups napa cabbage, torn into bite-sized pieces
    1 cup green onions, chopped
    1 pkg Ramen Noodles, any flavor, broken into small pieces, discard seasoning
    1 cup Cashew Nuts, whole
    .25 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Pepper, white
    .5 cup Canola Oil
    4 tbs white wine vinegar
    .33 Splenda or sugar

Directions

Grill or broil chicken; cut into bite-size pieces. Combine napa cabbage, green onions, ramien noodle pieces, and cashews into lg bowl.

Dressing: combine oil, vinegar, Splenda, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Add dressing to salad and toss until ingredients are well coated.
