Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup raw walnuts
    2 tbs tamari / soy sauce (low sodium)
    3 cloves garlic
    3/4 cup water

Tips

make the sauce a little runny - it will become thicker in the fridge. lasts for about a week.


Directions

Blend all ingredients in vitamix or other blender.

Serving Size: makes 9 2-tablespoon servings
