Lemon Chicken Primavera

    Salt, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tbsp
    Pasta, cooked, 8 oz
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup
    Garlic, 2 clove
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .25 cup
    Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup
    Peas, frozen, 2 cup
    Lemon Peel, 1 tsp
    Dill weed, dried, .5 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    Parsley, 2 tbsp


cook pasta according to package. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the chicken, red pepper and garlic in oil until chicken juices run clear. Combine flour and milk untill smooth; gradually stir into chicken mix. Bring to a boil. cook and stir for 2 min for 2 min. or until thickened.

Drain pasta, add pasta, peas, salt, lemon peel, dill and pepper to pan. Cook and stir untill heated though. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
